Wilfred ""Brie"" Hinkle

Daleville...Wilfred ""Brie"" Hinkle, 68, resident of Daleville, passed away Sunday evening at his home after an extended illness.He was born in Albany, Indiana, April 16, 1938. the son of Wilfred and Gladys Hardy Hinkle.He attended Middletown High School and lived in Daleville for the last 40 years.He was a member of the American Legion of Middletown and was employed at one time by Sam Pierce Chevrolet, Paul Able Buick, Ed Martin Oldmosbile/Cadillac, DeHart Chevrolet and Olgle Tucker Buick, all local car dealerships.He had also worked at Precision Abrasives of Daleville.Besides his parents he had been preceded in death by a son: Rusty Hinkle in 1994.Survivors include his wife: Carolyn of Daleville, children: Robert Brie Hinkle, Liza A Lycan (H. James) of Anderson and adopted son: Mark Smith (Lori) of Daleville, grandchildren: Wm. ""Brie"" Lycan, Elisha Lycan, Taylor Ray Hinkle and Haley Smith, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut, Daleville, with Rev.
