Markleville...Wayne M. Ormes, 80, passed away at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson, on October 8, 2012.He was born in Milan Indiana, July 28, 1932, the son of Leonard M. and Alice L. Wolfe Ormes.He was a 1950 graduate of Middletown High School and retired in 1993 from Delco Remy of General Motors after 43 years of service, much of that time as a toolmaker.He was a member of the Markleville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis, Murat Shrine, Order of the Eastern Star and the East Christian Church Of Markleville.Survivors include 3 children: Walter Ormes of LaCross, WI, Connie Dunn of Anderson and Bradley (Cindy) Ormes of Markleville, step brother: Alen Lee Surpas of Muncie, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, stepchildren: Linda Shelton, John Luellen, Jonenne Jones, and Rev. Jeff Luellen.Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
