Wayne Arlin Huff,71 a former resident of Anderson and Middletown, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the St. John's Medical Center following an extended illness.He was born in Anderson on January 30, 1941 and was the son of Clarence Adrian Huff and Grace Iva (King) Huff.He was an industrial engineer and was employed by Nicholson file. He then went into the Army returned to Nicholson file and then to General Motors where he retired. He was a graduate of Anderson High school, class of 1959.He served is country from 1959 to 1962 in the Army and received the commendations of a Rifle Marksman and the Driver Motor Badge. He was discharged as a Corpral.He is preceeded in death by his parents and his brothers James Warren Huff, Edward Leon Huff, Ronald Lee Huff and Wendell Sheryl Huff.He is survived by two daughters; Patty (husband Brian)Flynn of Middletown; Debbie husband Ben) Tryon of Anderson; two sons Jeff Huff (wife Michelle Putnam) of Middletown, and David Huff (wife Janyelle Liebhardt) also of Middletown; a sister Shirley Ann Piper of Virginia and a brother Adrian L.Huff (wife Shelbie) of Arkansas. 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive.Visitation will be from 3-5 pm on Saturday August 18 at Bethany Christian Church 1920 N Rangeline Road in Anderson. A Memorial will follow at 5 pm Rev Bob Bell officiating.The family request that friends attending the visitation and the service use the north entrance of the church.Memorial contributions may be sent to the Middletown Emergeancy Services at P.O.
