Walter Wayne Mills

Daleville...Walter Mills, resident of Daleville, passed away Mondday at his residence unexpectedly.He was born in Delaware County, January 21, 1930, the son of Jessie and Grace Stout Mills.He was a graduate of Daleville High School and a WW 2 veteran of the US Army.He retired from General Motors in 1987 after over 35 years of servcies.He had attended the Normal City United Methodist Church in Muncie.Survivors include his son: Mitch Mills of Camby, IN, 1 brother: Paul (Grace) Mills of Chesterfield, 1 sister: Maryellen Thompson of Long Beach, CA, sister-in-laws: Evelyn Carter Jordan of Yorktown and Jean Mills of Noblesville.He was preceded in death by his wife: Lois, parents, and brothers and sisters: Charles, Laurus, Alberta, Margaret, Calvin, Harold, and Helen.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm at Ballard and Sons Fuenral Home, 8212 South Walnut St., Daleville with Rev.
