Middletown...Viva Jean (Riggs) Fadely, 81, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday morning at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born in Daleville, December 12, 1924, the daughter of Lloyd and Irene Emswiller Riggs.She retired from J.C. Penny as a credit clerk and attended Middletown High School.She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert and her son: Jeff.Survivors include her granddaughter: Nicole Fadely of Middletown and great grandchildren: Taylor and Mia Perez of Middletown, 3 nephews.Graveside services will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Miller cemetery.There will be no public visitation.Memorials may be made to the Middletown EMS, PO Box 1, Middletown, IN.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comArrangements have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown.
