Anderson...Vernabell Fern (Neill) Martz, 92, resident of Muncie and former Anderson/Chesterfield resident, passed away November 1, 2011 at Golden Living Healthcare in Muncie.She was born in Anderson, July 8, 1919, the daughter of Elmer and Sylvia Polley Neill.She retired from Ft. Harrison Finance Center in Indianapolis after 30 years of service.She was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis.Survivors include her husband: James Robert of Muncie, 3 sons: Neill Rinker (Patti) and Kendel Rinker of Anderson, and Keith Martz of Muncie, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter: Sylvia Rinker, 1 daughter-in-law: Bonnie Rinker and 1 step son: Gale Martz.Service will be private and conducted through Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Daleville Chapel.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
