Treva Marileen Du Bois

Treva M. Du Bois, 82, Mooresville, died on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in Indianapolis. She was born on October 24, 1932, near Portland, Indiana to James and Lavina (Shields) Boise. She was a 1951 graduate of Portland-Wayne Township High School and a member of Noble Congregational Christian Church. Treva worked at the Modern Book Bindery, Jay Garment, Portland Commercial Review, the Muncie Star and the Ball State University Library.It was at the Commercial Review that she met her husband of 60 years, William Du Bois, Jr. Treva was a devoted mother to their children and thoroughly enjoyed being a grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband, children, Janelle Cunningham (Tim) Muncie; Janice Mogle (John) Munster; Teresa Exline, Terre Haute; and Steven Du Bois (Suzie) Zionsville; her grandchildren, Douglas Mogle, Rachel Cunningham (Travis Belt), Laura Dunneback (Jacob), Kyle Cunningham, Jacqueline Exline (Blain Howard), Korey Du Bois, Kayla Du Bois, Kelli Johnson (Jordan), Karli Du Bois, Jessica Exline, and Sophia Du Bois; and great-grandchildren, Tilden and Tyrrell Dunneback; and Conner and Addison Belt.Call hours will be 4 to 8 pm Friday, August 28, 2015 with the funeral service at 11 am on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Daleville with Charlotte Overmyer officiating.
