Theresa Susanne Hawkins

Theresa McShurley Hawkins passed on to Heaven on Sunday November 27th, 2016 at the age of 67 from complications of an extended illness. "Terry" is survived by her Husband Robert Hawkins, Mother Shirley McShurley Royer and her husband Joe, Sister Marla McShurley Stanley and her husband Bruce. She is Also survived by son Rob Prewett and his wife Christina along with their daughters Angela, Mady, Montannah and Savanah; Terry's daughter Christy Prewett Stinnet and her husband Brian along with their son Hunter; and Terry's youngest son Brian Hartley. Other immediate family members include nephew Jeff Boone and his wife Lynnette along with their children Mackenzie and Gunner and niece Adrienne Boone Wildman and her husband Keith and their children Whitney, Kelsey and Jack.Terry was well known for her beautiful southern singing voice, musical and writing ability, but mostly for her love of her Family. She was much like a little girl in that she was playful, spirited and nurturing. Terry's quick whited, joyful and positive demeaner along with her everlasting faith in God and the promise of everlasting life made her a person you loved to be around. She always looked forward to once again seeing loved ones who had passed before her, especially her "Daddy", the late Mort McShurley who she so dearly adored.
