Steven Douglas Bixler

Muncie...Steven D. Bixler,61, resident of Muncie, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday evening at Ball Memorial Hospital.He was born in Anderson, August 5, 1949, the son of Billy and Martha Helsley Bixler.He was a 1967 graduate of Middletown High School and received an Associate Degree from South Florida University.He was an avid fan of Basketball at Ball State, both women's and men's, and BSU Football. He was a member of the Cardinal Vasrsity Club. He enjoyed woodworking.He was a veteran of the US Air Force.He had been employed by Arrowhead Plastics since 1992.Survivors are his wife: Vicki (Williams) Bixler of Muncie, step mother: Juanita Bixler of Tulsa, OK, brother: David Bixler of Tulsa, Mother and Father-in-law: Gene and Maxine Williams of Middletown, sister-in-law: Candy Ward (Bill) of Middletown, brothers-in-law: Mike and Roger Williams of Muncie, several nieces and nephews and special buddy: Elijah.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
