Daleville...Sherian Sue Cheatham, 79, passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at her residence in Daleville, Indiana following a short illness.
She was born on October 26, 1941 in Anderson, IN to the late Charlie and Kathleen Noble.
Sue was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister, and aunt who lived life to the fullest. Sue never met a stranger and always made everyone feel like family.
Sue is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Duck Cheatham; two sons Brent (Terri) Cheatham and Kent (Nellie) Cheatham, grandchildren Jake, Camille (Jarrod) Wilcox, Bradley (Kelci), Hanna (Zane) Englert; great grandchildren Bo and Cole Cheatham; brother-in-law Glenn (Judy) Cheatham, several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Janeen Dulworth for her care and love.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her sisters' Becky (Rex) Robbins and Tammi Mitchell.
A Memorial gathering will take place on Saturday June 5 from 1-3 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville. Following the gathering friends may attend a celebration of her life at her home.
In llieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Macular Degeneration foundation or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home during visitation.
