Middletown...Sheila Elaine (Westrater) Pierce, 46, resident of Middletown, experienced her sunset October 16, 2009 at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.Her Sunrise was January 15, 1963 in Muncie, the daughter of Bobby and Phyllis Zell Westrater, Sr.She was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and worked at Spring Valley Campground.She is survived by her children: Christina Pierce of Hastings, NB, Abigail Loften and Dustin Loften of Middletown, mother: Phyllis Westrater of Middletown, brother: Bobby Westrater, Jr. of Middletown and sister: Becky Spell of Colorado.She was preceded in death by her father and a brother: Rick.A celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
