Daleville...Sheila Jane (Fields)Jeffries, 72, resident of Daleville/Middletown area, passed away Friday morning at St.Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born May 10, 1938, in Anderson, the son of Wilbur and Martha Kelly Fields.She was a 1956 graduate of middletown High School and worked for many years as Secretary of Shipping for Liebhardt Mills in Middletown.She was a member of the Middletown United Methodist Church.Survivors include her husband: Howard of Daleville, Sons: Brent of Melissa, Texas and Brice (Debbie Wilson) of Daleville, 1 daughter: Amy Jeffries of Daleville, 1 grandchild: Reagan of Texas, 1 brother: Kelly Fields of Markleville, several nieces and nephews, her best friend and dog: Romeo and grandog: Bailey.She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Brian and 1 sister: Susie Seybert.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C. Rogers officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, east of Middletown.Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 PM and one hour before the services.Memorials may be made to the Middletown/Fall Creek Food Band or the Anderson Animal care and control.
