Silver Lake, Indiana....Sharon Sue (Lee) Peters, 61, resident of Silver Lake, passed away Friday in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born in Henry County, April 6, 1957, the daughter of Elijah Winchester and Mary (Crabtree) Mendenhall.
She was a graduate of Shenandoah High School and worked for Grossnickle Eye Center in Warsaw..
Survivors are her husband: Jeff Peters, 1 child: :Chad Harvey (Katie) of Richmond, Tx, 2 grandchildren: Ethan Harvey of Richmond, TX and Olivia Harvey of Warsaw, Indiana, 3 brothers: Ronald Crabtree and Gary Lee and Tony Lee, 3 sisters: Brenda Stone, Rebecca Luna (Gilbert) and Beverly Lee, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law: Joe Peters.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev. Maynard Powell officiating.
Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
Friends may call on Wednesday from noon until the time of the services.
