Anderson...Sandra June (Helsley) Edwards, 75, resident of Anderson passed away Monday at her home. She was born in Anderson, April 13, 1946, the daughter of E.M. Helsley and Barbara Jennings Helsley.
She was a 1964 graduate of Middletown High School and retired from Unified Insurance in Anderson after 25 years.
She had lived in the Anderson, Mechanicsburg, and Middletown area all her life.
She was a member of the Eastview Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors are her husband Dave of Anderson, children Theresa Huberty of Bolingbrook, IL, Mark Edwards (Paula) of Red Boiling Springs, TN and James Michael Edwards (Jennifer) of Anderson, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 sisters: Sherol Girt (Bill), Faith Longfellow (Chet) and Tina Jones, several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother James Helsley and a grandson Joshua Edwards.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Don Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Middletown.
Friends may call on Thursday August 19, 2021 from 6-8 PM.
