Daleville...Ruth Caroline (Hoffman) Rowe, 84, resident of Daleville passed away Saturday morning at her residence.She was born in Indianapolis, July 14, 1932, the daughter of Ed and Ethel Hoffman.She was a 1950 graduate of Broad Ripple High School and worked for 30 years in the accounting department of Marsh Supermarkets.She had lived most of her life in the Daleville Yorktown area and attended the Daleville Christian Church.Survivors include her husband of 46 years: R.D. Rowe of Daleville, children: Glenn Rowe (Jean) of Russell Springs, KY, Randall Rowe (Gay) and Irene (Gary) Sneed of Daleville, Patty Lafollette of Avon and Mark Rowe of Anderson, several grandchildren and several great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother: Edward Hoffman.The family extends great appreciation to Lifestyles Home Care and Amy Moore for the support and care they gave.A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday evening at 8:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Cremation will follow.Friends may call after 4:00 PM on Tuesday until the time of the services.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Ruth Rowe with family and friends.
