Rosemary (Mcleland) Bowers

Middletown....Rosemary (McLeland) Bowers, 95, resident of Middletown, passed away Saturday at St. Vincent Regional Health Center in Anderson.She was born in Shidler, Indiana, March 21, 1919, the daughter of Pearl Victor and Claire E. Walburn McLeland.She attended Eaton Schools and was self employed for many years as a housekeeper. She loved square dancing, gardening and canning. She bowled loved playing cards.Survivors include her children: James Bowers (Ann) of Modoc, John Bowers of New Castle, Gay Lynn Young of New Castle, Mary Joan McGuire of Chesterfield, and David Bowers of Middletown, 2 sisters: Nancy Coffee and Shirley Wright of Shidler, IN, 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren.
