Middletown...Ronald Eugene Emswiller, 73, resident of Middletown, passed away Wednesday morning at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in Middletown, January 29, 1938, the son of Merrill and Maudie Stinson Emswiller.He retired from Delco Remy of General Motors in 1996 after more than 30 years of services.He was a member of the UAW 663, and Northside Church of God in New Castle. He loved Nascar, auctions, flea markets, and decorating for Christmas.Survivors include his wife: Anna Belle ""Ann"" Emsiller of Middletown, 2 children: Scott (Tina) Emswiller of Middletown and Julie Stiers of Middletown, 3 grandchildren: Jaron Stiers, Chayse and Lucy Mae Emswiller all of Middletown, 4 sisters: Betty Martz of Chesterfield, Barbara Riggs (Gene) and Shirley Riggs (Larry) of Middletown, and Connie Wallace (Mike) of Glascow, KY, several nieces and nephews as well as his beloved dog: Sonny.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Jackie.Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with REv. Phillip Brown and Rev.
