Fishers....Robert F. Wisehart, 91, resident of Fishers and lifetime resident of Middletown passed away Monday evening in Fishers.He was born in Middletown, August 9, 1926, the son of Francis A. and Helen Stout Wisehart.He was a graduate of Middletown High School and received his BA from DePauw University. He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.He was an attorney with Wisehart & Wisehart, Law Offices in Middletown as well as Wisehart & Phillips. He had been Chairman of the Board of First Merchants Bank and was extremely active on the board for Habitat for Humanity. He was integral in the building of the Middletown Fall Creek Public Library through the Halcyon Post Foundation and was a key developer for Crestwood Mobile Home Park in Middletown. He had been an active member of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce.He had been active in the Chesterfield Christian Church, Middletown United Methodist Church and the Sixth Street Christian Church.He had served in the US Army during WW 2 in the Army Air Corps.He and his wife Jean had travelled the world together. He had been preceded in death by a son: Steven P. Wisehart, his parents, and his sister: Martha Baldwin as well as two grandchildren.He is survived by his wife: Jean F. Wisehart, sons: John (Lisa) Wisehart, Francis A. Wisehart (Hanna Kim) and a daughter: Mary Wisehart Phillips, grandchildren: Steven Wisehart, Christopher (Keilani) Wisehart, Jessica Talley, Morgan Wisehart and Lauren Wisehart, Joel Wisehart, Rachel Wisehart and Emily Wisehart (Fiance') Zach Powers, great grandchildren:Matthew Wisehart and Aubrey Powers.Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Ned Clark and Marty Ballard officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemtery, Middletown.Friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to the Middletown Fall Creek Public Libray.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Robert with family and friends.
