Anderson...Robert Lynn Parsley Popplewell, 52, resident of Anderson passed away unexpectedly in Henry County on November 9, 2017.He was born in Muncie, July 5, 1965, the son of William Lee Parsley and Peggy Bratcher Popplewell.He was a steelworker and a member of the Steelworkers Union and the Sons of the American Legion.He was preceded in death by fathers: William parsley and Larry Popplewell and a brother: David Lee Parsley.Survivors are three sisters: Mary Robertson (John) of Kansas City, Kathy Ann Popplewell-Miller (Joe) of Anderson and Glenda Parsley (Wayne) of Deltona, Fl one brother: Larry Popplewell (Sharon Favors) of Middletown, several nieces and nephews, Fiance': Patricia Hunt of New Castle and 11 grandchildren.A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Centertown Cemetery in McMinnville, TN.Friends may call at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown on Wednesday from 5-8 PMMemorials may be made to a GoFundMe Facebook page/Kathy Popplewell-Miller or to the funeral home for burial expenses.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Robert with family and friends.
