Robert Lee Gross

Daleville...Robert Lee Gross, 70, lifetime resident of Daleville, passed away at St. Johns Medical Center on Tuesday morning.He was born in Daleville, February 23, 1940, the son of Raymond Ervin and Mary Ellen Kiser Gross and was a 1958 graduate of Daleville High School.He retired from Delco Remy in Anderson in 1995.He was a member of UAW 662.He loved his garden and his cats.Survivors include 2 brothers: Raymond ""Mick"" Gross and Richard (Sue) Gross of Daleville and 1 sister: Nina Gross of Daleville, several nieces nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his mother and father.Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut St with Rev. Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating.Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Daleville.Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to the Salem Township Fire Department/EMS.
