Richard Lee Youngs

Sulphur Springs....Richard Lee Youngs, 75, resident of Sulphur Springs, passed away Monday October 26, 2015 at his residence unexpectedly.He was born in Hancock County, October 30, 1938, the son of Cecil and Grace Pursley Youngs.He was a graduate of Sulphur Springs High School and retired from Ingersole Steel in New Castle.He was a US Army veteran serving in Korea, and past Master of the Sulphur Springs Masonic Lodge. He also was a member of the Henry County Past Masters Association and the Murat Shrine.Survivors are two brothers: Cecil ""Buck"" Youngs (Joan) of Pendleton and Keith Youngs of Sulphur Springs, 1 sister: Dorothy Harkleman of Greenfield and several nieces and nephews.A private service will take place at Miller Cemetery, Middletown.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsonsThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Richard with his family and friends.
