Middletown...RICHARD M. HAMILTON, 89, resident of Middletown, passed away Friday morning at Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, after an extended illness.He was born in Madison County, November 28, 1913, the son of Paul and Maude Staley Hamilton.He was a 1935 graduate of Anderson, High School and retired from Delco Remy in Anderson in 1972 after serving more than 30 years.He had lived in Middletown for over 60 years and attended the Sixth Street Christian Church in Middletown.Survivors include his wife of 67 years: Mary (Forney) of Middletown, 1 daughter: Marilyn (Jack) Gaddis of Elwood, 4 grandchildren: Tony Gaddis of Anderson, Lori (Tony) Alexander of Frankton, Brian (Rachel) Gaddis of Elwood, and Jennifer (Chris) Clare of Lakewood, Colorado, 7 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister.Funeral Services will be held on Monday morning at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN with Rev.
