Anderson..Reba Marie (Hogue) Boswell, 77, a resident of Anderson since 1952 died Monday afternoon at Manor Care Nursing Home in Anderson following an extended illness. She was born in East Prairie, Missouri on January 22, 1936, and was the daughter of James Wesley and Etta Mae Hogue.She was employed at Village Pantry as a baker for 5 years.She was a member of the South Meridian Church of God in Anderson.She was preceded in death by her husband C.C. Boswell and a brother: Buford Lee Hogue.Survivors include a son: Kenneth Wayne (Linda J.) Boswell of Summitville, one daughter Kerri Lee Hogue (Shellie Smith), Five brothers; Frank Hogue (Johnnie) of Chesterfield, James Carson Hogue (Dora) of East Prairie, Missouri, Dennis Willard Hogue of Anderson, Millard Buel Hogue (Shirley) of Anderson and Willis Warner Hogue of Anderson, one sister Elizabeth Rebecca Smith (Dustin) Shawnee, Oklahoma. Also surviving are two grandchildren: Ryan Boswell of Summitville and Roger (Jennifer) Boswell of Alexandria, five great grandchildren: Allison, Aaron, and Anniston Boswell of Alexandria, and Caleb and Lillie Boswell of Tipton, and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 18 at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown at 2 pm with Pastor Ed Hites officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson.Friends may call on Thursday from noon until the time of the service.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Arthritis Foundation or the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.On line condolences can be made at
