Ray Padgett

Middletown...Ray Padgett, 84, resident of Middletown, passed away Thursday morning at St. Johns Medical Center after an extended illness.He was born in Florida, February 13, 1922, the son of James and Susan Padgett.He retired from the Town of Middletown in 1986 where he had worked for many years.He was a veteran of WW 2 serving in the US Army.He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.Memorial services will be held on Saturday evening at 7:00 at the Ballard and Sons funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Dr. Philip C.
