Middletown...R. Waneatta Dasher, 86, longtime Middletown resident, died Monday at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson, after an extended illness.She was born in Adams Township, December 19, 1917, the daughter of Cloyd Fredrick and Ruby Garnet (Bowers) Best.She was a 1935 graduate of Markleville High School and attended Pleasant Valley Christian Church.She is survived by 3 children: Dale Louis Dasher of Markleville, Darryl Ray Dasher of Ft. Payne, Alabama, and Donna Kay Oliver of Middletown, 1 sister: Betty (Malcolm) Sayers of Pendleton, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Louis Ray DAsher, brothers: Joseph Best and James Best.Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Fuenral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.Burial will follow in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.Friends may call on Thursday from Noon until the time of the services.Online Guestbook is available at:
