Daleville...R.D. Rowe, 91 resident of Daleville passed away at his home on May 3, 2019. He was born in Columbia, Kentucky, August 11, 1927, the son of Lennis and Essie James Rowe.
He had been self employed at Carpet and Home Furnishings by Rowe for over 50 years and had managed carpet and furniture stores in the area.
He was preceded in death by two wives: Ruth Carolyn (Huffman) Rowe and his first wife, Norene (Burris) Rowe as well as several brothers and sisters..
He had attended the Daleville Christian Church and the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene. He had lived in Daleville since 1949.
Survivors are his children: Randall (Gaynell) Rowe of Daleville, Glenn (Jean) Rowe of Columbia, KY, Irene (Gary) Sneed of Daleville, Patty LaFollette of Avon, IN and Mark Rowe of Anderson, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings: Coy of Ocala, FL and JoAnn Anderson of Texas, several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville with Pastor Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will follow in Saunders Cemetery, Daleville.
Friends may call on Tuesday from noon until the time of the services.
