Ingalls...Phillip Lee Fadely, 73, resident of Ingalls, passed away at IU Health Saxony Hospital in Indianapolis on May 21, 2017.He was born in Anderson, January 4, 1944, the son of Virgil and Louise Fox Fadely.He was a 1962 Middletown High School. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He served as Staff Sargent.He was an active sponsor for Alcoholics Anonymous and worked very hard for the organization.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors are his wife of 11 years: Sara Anne (Connelly) of Ingalls, 5 children: Phillip Fadely of New Castle, Chantel Thornberry of Anderson, Jasper Fadely of Ingalls, Levi Connelly of Ingalls and Ian Snyder of Chesterfield, 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters: Pat Bartell of Middletown and Marilyn Ubelhor of Anderson and Jerry Fadely of Greenfield.A Celebration of his life will take place on Friday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 5-9 PM/Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.comThe Ballard family is honored to celebrate the life of Phillip with family and friends.
