Middletown....Peter ""Pete"" J. Priddy, 70, resident of Middletown, passed away Wednesday morning at his residence.He was born in Anderson, January 20, 1947, the son of Jack Noyse and Mary Karel Hopkins Priddy.He was a 1965 graduate of Middletown High School and retired from General Motors in Anderson after 40 years of service. He was a member of the UAW 662 and volunteered with the Jefferson Township/Sulphur Springs Fire Department and Middletown Fire Department. He loved collecting and selling farm toys and was owner/operator with Pete's Excavating.Survivors are his wife, Liz of Middletown, daughter: Angela (Rob) Fox of Anderson, 5 grandchildren: Ashley Fox, Aubrey Fox and Alivia Fox, Christopher and Shaun Priddy father-in-law: Phillip Ambs, and special friends: Richard Russell and Bill Harrison.Beside his parents he was preceded in death by a son: Michael and mother-in-law: Joyce Ambs.A Celebration of his life will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown.
