Paul ""Joe"" Moore

Middletown....Paul J. ""Joe"" Moore, 78, resident of Middletown, passed away Wednesday at IU Health/Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.He was born in New Castle, Indiana, August 21, 1933 the son of William McKinley and Mollie Messer Moore.He attended Spiceland and Middletown High School and was a US Army Veteran.He owned and operated Joe's Salvage in Middletown since 1964.He had worked at General Motors and was a member of the American Legion #216 of Middletown.Survivors are his wife of 53 years: Elizabeth Ann (Walters) Moore of Middletown and one son: Gregory ""Joe"" Moore (Sherry) of Middletown, 3 dogs: Abby, Bubby, and Grissom, 2 sisters: Nora Bussell of Muncie and Sue Burton of Indianapolis, and a special family member: Becky Thomas of Falmouth, KY., several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his mother and father and 14 brothers and sisters.Graveside services will be Satruday at 2:00 PM at Miller Cemetery with Rev.
