New Castle...Paul Eugene Helsley, 56, resident of New Castle, passed away at Ball Memorial Hospital, Wednesday evening.He was born in Henry County, January 30, 1955, the son of Earl and Marjorie Bowlin Helsley.He retired from Johnson Products after 17 years as warehouse supervisor.He attended Shenandoah High School.He coached for the Salvation Army Youth Basketball league and Raintree Football League and attended the Soutside Church of the Nazarene in New Castle.He loved to hunt, fish and garden.Surviving are his wife of 32 years: Patricia (Miley) of New Castle, children: Angel Petty (Joe) of New Castle and April Case of New Castle, His mother and father: Earl and Marjorie Helsley, Brothers: E.J. Helsley (Beth) of Mexico, Jeff W. Helsley (Penny) of New Castle and Rodney Helsley (Lori) of Sulphur Springs, 1 sister: Deborah Kemp (Rick) of Anderson, 7 grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
