Middletown...Patricia Ann Smith, 65, resident of Middletown, passed away April 5, 2021 at her residence in Middletown. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, August 16, 1955, the daughter of Robert Joseph and Dolores Marie Salerno Bunten.
She was a graduate of Overbrook High School in Pine Hill, NJ and received degrees in Nursing and Medical Assisting with a certification in Phlebotomy.
She attended the St. Ambrose Catholic Church, and became an LPN in 1995 and a Registered Nurse in 1998. She worked at St. Vincent's Home Care in Anderson and the Indiana State Board of Health.
She worked for Southern Care Hospice, the Henry County Home Care and the School for the Blind.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors are her children, Ryan Smith (Keirstien) of Middletown and Roni Cotton of Nashville, TN, grandchildren, Ashley and Arianna Smith, Maddingly and Pippa Laine Cotton.

Bunten (Randy) of New Jersey and Theresa M (Markey) Adamson of New Jersey, stepmother Carol Bunten of Shipshewana, several nieces and nephews.
A family gathering will be held on April 24 beginning at 10:00 am throughout the day at her son's home,611 North 12th Street, Middletown. Friends are welcome throughout the day.
