Patricia A. Mead passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2021. She was born in Middletown on September 8, 1932 a daughter of the late Alvin and Agnes (Moon) Hulse.
Patricia graduated from Middletown High School, after 45 years of service she retired from Delco Remy.
She is survived by her son, Tom Smith of Anderson; a brother, Tom (Shirley) Hulse of Anderson; 2 grandchildren, Sonya (Bruce) Chapin and Zackary (Morgan) Smith of Gas City and 5 greatgrandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Miller Cemetery in Middletown. Friends and Family may call from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home in Middletown. You may express condolences or share a memory of Patricia at www.ballardandsons.com
