Patricia Ann Kendall

Patricia Ann (Cross) Kendall, 79, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. She was born on September 29, 1945, in Henry County, the daughter of the late Kenneth Leon Cross and Betty Louise (Jones) Sears.

Patricia was a 1963 graduate of Hagerstown High School. She dedicated much of her life to being a homemaker and found joy in decorating cakes, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces, and nephews. She also loved watching her favorite television shows.

She is survived by her two children, Jared Wayne Kendall of New Castle and Stephanie Ann Rodgers of Anderson; grandson, Parker Kendall Rodgers of Anderson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Linda Sears of New Castle, James Melvin (Susan) Kendall of Anderson, Gerald Kendall of New Castle, and Retha (Mike) Shrout of Greenfield, Merl Robbins of New Castle,; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Kendall; father, William Sears; and two brothers, Bill Sears and Bob Sears.

At Patricia’s request there will be no public services. Burial will take place at Green Hills Memory Gardens at the convenience of the family.
