Middletown....Patricia Elizabeth Cornwell, 74, resident of Middletown passed away May 13, 2021 at Countryside Manor in Anderson.
She was born in Columbia Wisconsin, May 2, 1947 the daughter of Christlieb and Alice Grestner.
She married William C Cornwell in July of 1997.
She had been a truck driver most of her life and a graduate of Sullivan Wisconsin High School.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Middletown American Legion.
Survivors are her husband, William of Middletown, daughter Angela Fox of Cheyanne, WY and a son Brian Cornwell of Sana Anna, CA, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She had been preceded in death by a brothers as well as her parents.
Private services will be held by the family at a later date.
