Daleville...Patricia Diane Wallace (Whitehead) Bertram, 63, resident of Daleville, passed away early Monday morning at her residence after an extended illness.She was born in Anderson, August 7, 1942, the daughter of Otto and Vivian Koenigger Whitehead.She was a graduate of Fayetteville High School and worked as a Nurse practitioner at the Marion VA Hospital for over 17 years.She was an Air Force Veteran and lived in Daleville since 1987 moving from the North side of Anderson.She was a graduate of Ball State University receiving a BA and MA in Nursing. She also received an MA in Geriatric Nursing from Indiana University. She also recieved a certification as a Nurse Practitioner.She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Anderson and a member of CAR-Countrywide Animal Rescue.Survivors include her husband: Dale (Tex) Bertram of Daleville, 3 sisters: Opal Marie Fort of Paragon, IN, Teddy Josephson of Pompano Beach, FL and Judy Srygler of Pompano Beach, FL, 2 brothers: Joseph Whitehead of Anderson and Rev. Robert Whitehead of Oolitic, IN, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, with Father Robert Williams and Rev.
