Crestview, FL...Pansy Phyllis (Camp) Williams, 69, died March 20, 2003 in Crestview, Florida after a brief illness.She was born in Sheboygan, Michigan, July 31, 1933, the daughter of James and Maxine (Hall) Camp. She had been a homemaker most of her life.She had lived in the Middletown area for many years before moving to Florida. She attended the Assemblies of God Church in Crestview.Survivors include her husband of over 50 years: Donald of Crestview, 2 daughters: Debra Ann (David) Herring of Almo, KY, and Linda (Gregory) Cochran of Anderson, and 1 son: Jerry Joe (Brenda) Williams of Anderson, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters: Rosalyn (Claude) Wells of Sarasota, FL and Belva (George) Fritschman of San Diego, CA, nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, IN with Rev.
