Noel Monique (Botset) Hamblin, 54, resident of Muncie went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. She was born in Auburn, Indiana. March 25, 1968. The daughter of Rev. Alvin and Willie (Yates) Botset Sr.
Noel was a graduate of Meridian Senior High School of Meridian, MS and attended Anderson University. She was a media technician for the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene where she was a member and a teachers aid for the Yorktown Elementary School.
Noel was a giving and compassionate lady who even in her death shared life for many by being an organ donor.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Noel is survived by her husband of 18 years, Jimmie; a brother, Alvin Botset, Jr.; five sisters, Denise (John) Elkins, Colleen (David) Adcock, Jackie (George) Pence, Cindy Barga, and Willie (Scott) Hackett; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law, Shellie Grizzle; two golden retrievers, Madyson and McKenzie.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene, 9001 Arch Street, Yorktown, IN. Burial will follow at Tomlinson, Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday, September 16, 2022 at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street in Daleville from 4-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Donor Network at 3760 Guion Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
