Muncie...Noel L. Daniel, 80, resident of Muncie, passed away after a long illness in Muncie.He was born September 7, 1928 in Overton County, Tennessee.He was the son of the late Floyd Daniel and Ruby (Garrett) Daniel of Livingston, TN.He graduated from Livingston High School and attended Tennessee Tech after serving in the 82 Airborne of the US Army during the Korean conflict.He retired from construction in Muncie, IN.He was a member of Delaware Lodge #46 and the Murat Shrine of Indianapolis.He is survived by his mother: Ruby Daniel, 2 aunts, 2 brothers: Gene Daniel (Lorene) of Albany, Indiana and Kenneth Daniel of Muncie, Indiana, sisters: Peggy Bullock of Monroe TN, Margie Wilborn of Livingston, TN, Anna Winningham of Ridgeville, IN, Helen Piercy (Junior) of Rickman TN and Judy Hughes (Keith) of Allons, TN, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his longtime companion: Barbara Clevenger, his father: Floyd Daniel, sister: Betty, and brother: Carl.He was a flea market enthusiast and an avid collector.He cherished the dogs that came through his life throughout the years espeically ""Dangit"" and ""Trixie"".As a member of the Masons, Noel strived to contribute to his community in his own way.Beyond all that he did, it is his commitment to who he was and what he believed that will be most most remembered.Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with REv. Mark Reynolds officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call on Monday from 5-7 at the funeral home with masonic services at 7:00 PM.Online Guestbook at: www.ballardandsons.com
