Middletown...Nicky Pierre Luyet, 75, resident of Middletown, passed away On November 7, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Elwood, Indiana, July 21, 1945, the son of Marshall J. and Ruth Matthews Luyet.
He was a 1963 graduate of Frankton High School and retired from General Motors (Delco Remy) in 1996.
He was a member of the Middletown First Baptist Church and enjoyed reading and drawing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Roselyn Collier, Barbara Luyet, brothers, Marshall J. Luyet, Jr., William Luyet, Danny Luyet and Michael Luyet,.
Survivors are his wife , Debbie Luyet (Masters) of Middletown, sons, Bret Luyet of Little Rock, AR and Mike Ellison II of Anderson, daughters; Nikki Martinez (Brian) of Converse, LA, Lenore Yvette Neal (Floyd, Jr.) of Middletown and Dakota Robinson (Kyle) of Anderson, one brother, David Luyet (Lynn) of Elwood, 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Pastor Gary Auger officiating.
Friends may call from 4:00 until 6:00 on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Masks will be required with social distancing and hand sanitation in practice.
