Anderson...Nelda Eilene Wogerman, 82, resident of Anderson, passed away Sunday at Community Hospital in Anderson.She was born in Anderson, February 4, 1929, the daughter of Ralph and Lillian Davis Romine.She attended Anderson Schools and worked for several years at P & J. Foods in Anderson.She lived most of her life in Anderson and Chesterfield.She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Edward Russell, 1 daughter: Lajuana Russell, 2 brothers: Josephe Brown and Billy Romine, and one grandson: Daniel George.Survivors include: six children: Sharon Shreffler (Rick) of Anderson, Richard Tompkins (Ruth) of Indianapolis, William Butch Tompkins (Paulette) of Anderson, Joseph Tompkins (Kimberly) of Anderson, Elaine Carol George (Ralph Jr.) of Anderson, and Cheryl ""Rusty"" Barkdull (Joe) of Yorktown, 25 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, 3 brothers: Roland Romine (Jessie) of Anderson, Doug Romine (Debbie) of Anderson and William Billy Butler (Kay) of Florida, several nieces an nephews.Funeral services will be held on Thursday 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
