Myra Sue Powers

Yorktown...Myra Sue Powers, 67, resident of Yorktown, passed away on October 26, 2005 at the Waters of Yorktown.She was born August 10, 1938 in Chattanooga, TN, the daughter of Willie and Clara Wilson Gothard.She worked for many years at Miller's Merry Manor in Middletown as a Nurses aid as well as Middletown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.She moved to Indiana in 1968 from Tennessee.She was preceded in death by her first husband William Raymond Orr in 1965.Survivors are her husband: Gerald F. Powers, 2 sons: Eugene Orr of Middletown and Elvis Orr of Lakeland, FL, 1 daughter: Lynn (Charles) Gustin of Markleville, 2 grandchildren and 1 sister: Linda James of Tennessee, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
