Mitchell Borden Davis

Mitchell B. Davis passed away on January 8th 2020 after a brief illness. Mitch was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Davis and Frances (Borden) Davis and his brother Maurice Davis. Mitch is survived by his wife Jodi (Huber) Davis. 6 children, 4 from previous marriage to Brenda Batchelor and 2 by marriage to Jodi (Huber) Davis. Michelle (Davis) Colbert and her husband George, Lisa (Davis) Ashley, Andrea (Davis) Kennedy and her husband Don, Joe Davis and his wife Nikki, Stephanie (Calvert) Cunningham and Steven Calvert. 21 grand kids, 12 great-grand kids, and a sister-in-law Diana Huber. Mitch was a avid fisherman and loved sitting out by the lakes and ponds he visited. Mitch served his country and was a Vietnam veteran where he earned several medals and citations. A memorial service was held for Mitch on January 12th 2020 in Rocky Mount, NC. Mitch was loved by all those listed as well as many other and he will be sorely missed.
