Middletown...Mildred Teuton Weston, 82, resident of rural Middletown, passed away early Wednesday morning at her residence.She was born January 29, 1924 in Augusta, GA, the daughter of George and Inez Benson Teuton.She had worked as a secretary for Hi Tech Fluid Power in Indianapolis and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #390 of Greenwood.She was a writer for the New Castle Courier Times publishing the series ""Along the Way"" in the paper for many years.She also wrote for the Pendleton Times and the Augusta Chronicle.She moved to the Middletown area from Markleville 23 years ago.She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband: Victor A. Mauritz in 1973.Survivors include her husband: Olen L. Weston of Middletown, sons: Victor B Manritz of Middletown and George K. Manritz (Cheryel) of Columbia, SC, 1 daughter: Julia I Bias (Rusty) of Tipton, IA, 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, 1 brother: Edward Teuton (Dorothy) of Florida and a sister-in-law: Lou Teuton of San Antonia, TX, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be Friday at noon at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev. Mark Tweedy officiating.Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the services.Online Guestbook at:
