Muncie...Micoline (Miki) Lynnette Stephens, 50, resident of Muncie, passed away at St. Vincent's Hospital, July 14, 2013 after an extended illness.She was born April 14, 1963 in Winimucka, NV, the daughter of Michael and Ronna Lee Gardner MacGinness.She was a veteran assistant a Middletown Animal Clinic for seven years with Dr. Paul Shockley.She loved to be with her children and support them showing horses in 4-H.Survivors are her husband: Clifford Stephens of Middletown, mother: Ronna Griffith of Middletown, children: jasmine Stephens of Middletown, April Paris (Matt) of Greenwood, and Michael Frost (Courtney Surber) of Middletown, 1/2 brother and 1/2 sister: Andromeda Stevens of Las Vegas.A Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with REv.
