Middletown...Michael Foster Winter, 61, resident of Middletown, passed away early Thursday morning at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in New Castle, IN, June 24, 1951, the son of Virgil and Pauline Foster Winter. He was a 1969 graduate of Shenandoah High School;Survivors include his wife: Margie Lou (Harding) Winter of Middletown, 2 sons: Michael Jason Winter and William Allen Winter of Middletown, 3 grandchildrfen, Audry, Lauren and Braxton Winter and 1 brother: Richard J. Winter of Losantville, several nieces and nephews.Private services will be held at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown with Rev.
