Bloomington...Michael Lee Green, 19, Freshman at Indiana University, passed away Sunday morning at Bloomington.He was born April 12, 1985, the son of Ronald L. and Lisa J. Shelton Green.He was a 2003 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and a member of the National Spanish Honor Society. He had recently pledged Beta Theta Pi Fraternity at Indiana University where he was majoring in business.He was a member of East 91st Street Christian Church in Fishers and loved college football and basketball as well as fishing in Canada.Survivors include his parents: Ron and Lisa (Shelton) Green of Middletown, 2 sisters: Susan E. Green of Indianapolis and Jessica K. Green of Middletown, Maternal Grandparents: Gerald and Barbara Shelton of Mt. Summit and Paternal Grandparents: Dale and Harriett Green of Middletown, Aunts and Uncles: Kathy McGriff of Franklin, Tom (Lonna) Shelton of Avon, Gary D. Green of Middletown, Kevin (Mary Jane) Green of Munster and Kimberly Casstevens of Middletown, several cousins and many friends.Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Family Center, with Rev. Mark O'brien of the Mt. Summit Christian Church officiating.Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.Friends may call on Wednesday at the Middletown Church of the Nazarene Family Center from 2-8 PM.Memorial contributions may be made to the Dollars for Scholars for Blue River Valley, Frankton-Lapel, Hamilton Southeastern, and Shenandoah Schools through the funeral home.Services have been entrusted to Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown, IN.Online guestbook is available at:
