Anderson...Mary Bronnenberg Teter, 97, former Middletown resident, died Monday morning at Countryside Manor, after an extended illness.She was born in Middletown, March 9, 1906, the daughter of James and Audrey Hawkins Bronnenberg. She had been a member of the Middletown United Methodist Church, the Pleasant Valley Christian Church Ladies Aid, a 50 year member of Middletown OES #154, Middletown Garden Club, Suburban Home Economics Club, and was co originator of the Friendly Club. She was also a member of the Golden Age Club, the Conservation Club auxiliary, and the Killbuck Retirees.She was a trustee of Bronnenberg Cemetery, Vice President of the War Mothers, member of the Middletown Fall Creek Historical Society, Wednesday Euchre Club and Thursday Bunco Club.She had been preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph Teter in 1983, 1 sister, Dora Tuttle in 2002.Survivors include 1 son: Ralph (Delores) Teter of Ft. Myers, FL and 1 daughter: Marilyn(Joe)Post of Springfield, MO, 1 brother: James Bronnenberg of Fortuna, CA, grandchildren: Scott Teter of Anderson, Barry Teter of Anderson, Cheri Guevara of Noblesville, and Lesa Maloon of Columbus, OH, several nieces and nephews. and 7 great grandchildren.Graveside services will be held on Saturday 2:00 PM at Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield.Friends may call at the Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 118 South 5th, Middletown, one hour before the services.Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown United Methodist Church.Online Guestbook is available at: www.ballardandsons.com
