Mary Jane Myers

Middletown...Mary Jane (Jones) Myers, 84, resident of Middletown, passed away Sunday morning at St. Johns Medical Center in Anderson.She was born in Monon, Indiana, March 23, 1927, the daughter of Rufus R. and Louise Martin Jones.She was a 1944 graduate of Middletown High School and retired in 1962 from the Anderson Herald Advertising department. after 17 years.She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #110 of Middletown and the Sixth Street Christian Church.She is survived by her husband of 63 years: Robert E. Myers of Middletown, granddaughter: Saige Watson of Middletown, very special nieces and nephews, sister in laws: Mary Lou Lacy of Middletown, Betty Myers of Shirley, Jayne Ann Jones of Plainfield and Roseanne Jones of Alabama.She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter: Julie Myers Watson, 4 brothers, Edwin, Robert, Gordon and Charles Jones, and 2 sisters: Dorothy Hess and Lois Sampson.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home with Rev.
