Daleville...Mary Lou (Barkdull) Bartle ""Granny"", 76, Daleville, passed away Monday at her home after an extended illness.She was born in Daleville, March 5, 1928, the daughter of Frank and Margaret Willis Barkdull.She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 446.Survivors include 1 daughter: Mary ""Peggy"" Brown Maynard, (husband Larry), of Alexandria, brother: Basil Barkdull (wife Essa) of Anderson, sister: Donna Sue Williams (husband Billy Ray) of Deckard, TN, grandson: Jeff Perry of Frankton, granddaughters: Jill Perry of Anderson and Lori Maynard of Maxwell, several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by husband: Kirby Bartle, 1 sons: Dennis Bartle, father and mothers, 2 brothers: James Barkdull and Willis Barkdull.A very casual graveside service will be held on Thursday at 1:30 PM at Saunders Cemetery with Rev.
