Daleville...Mark Allen Findling, 60, resident of Daleville, passed away November 23, 2011 at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in Muncie, April 19, 1951, the son of James and Philenomia ""Fifi"" Carnevala Findling.He farmed and was also a tool and die engineer. He was a graduate of Daleville High School and valedictorian of his class and an honors graduate from Purdue University in Economics.He was a tutor at Ivy Tech College and a substitude professor at Ivy Tech in Muncie. He coached Little League baseball, was an avid golfer, a ranger at Cardinal Hills Golf Course and loved to garden.He was preceded in death by his parents.Survivors are his wife: Angela of Daleville, 2 step children: Adam and Kyle Meredith of Indianapolis, 1 son: Mark (Mick) Findling of Indianapolis, 2 sisters: Mary of Indianapolis and Meg of Ft. Wayne, 1 brother: Jay of Madison, WI, mother-in-law: Shirley Carpenter of Muncie and1 sister-in-law: Amy (Danny) Triplett of Muncie, several nieces and nephews.A private family Celebration of Life service will be held at Cardinal Hills Golf Course.Public time of reflection will be held on Thursday, December 1, at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, 8212 South Walnut Street, Daleville from 6:30 to 8:30.Online Guestbook at:
